Welcome to Payne Elementary School! As your new principal, I am honored and excited to be a part of this vibrant and dynamic community. This includes both physical and emotional safety. Our staff is dedicated to creating a nurturing atmosphere where students feel protected and valued, and where their well-being is always at the forefront.
