Welcome to Payne Elementary, Home of the Panthers! Whether you are returning for another exciting school year or joining our school family for the very first time, I am so happy you are here.

It is truly an honor to serve this incredible community. Every day, I am inspired by our dedicated staff, supportive families, and amazing students who make Payne such a special place to learn and grow. Together, we are building a school where every child feels welcomed, valued, challenged, and celebrated.

At Payne, we believe students learn best when they know they belong. Our goal is for every Panther to leave each day feeling proud of what they learned, excited about what comes next, and confident that they are an important part of our school community.

Respect is at the heart of our school community. We teach students to value themselves and others by showing kindness, listening with empathy, celebrating differences, and treating everyone with dignity. When we respect one another, we create a place where everyone feels they belong.

Be Responsible

We encourage our students to take ownership of their learning, choices, and goals. Whether it's trying something new, persevering through challenges, or helping others, responsibility helps our Panthers become confident learners and caring citizens.

Be Safe

Every child deserves to feel safe (physically, emotionally, and socially). Our caring staff works each day to provide a supportive environment where students feel comfortable taking academic risks, building friendships, and growing into their best selves.

At Payne, education is truly a partnership between school and home. Families are an essential part of our success, and I encourage you to get involved, attend school events, volunteer when you can, and stay connected throughout the year. Together, we can provide every student with the support, encouragement, and opportunities they need to thrive.
