Halloween at Payne – Friday, October 30
Payne will celebrate Halloween on Friday, October 30. Our parade will begin at 8:25 am on the primary blacktop, and we invite families to come watch!
Students participating in the parade may wear their costumes on top of their regular school clothes when they come to school in the morning. Students will have the option to remove their costumes after the parade, or they can choose to wear them all day.
Costume Guidelines:
- Students may not wear masks of any kind.
- Costumes may not include blood, clotted blood, or weapons.
- Adults on campus may not wear masks so that all adults can be clearly identified and must comply with the no blood, clotted blood, or weapons.
Halloween activities may continue in the classroom after the parade. Your child’s teacher will provide details about classroom celebrations.
If your family does not celebrate Halloween, you may choose to bring your child to school at 8:50 am after the parade. They will not be marked tardy. Please let your teacher know if accommodations are needed.
